2012 Actor Cusack Calls for ‘Satanic Death' of Fox News, GOP Leaders
Actor John Cusack went on an angry tirade against Fox News and conservative Republican leaders earlier this week.
Writing on Twitter August 29, Cusack said, with several garbled misspellings, "I am for a Satanic Death Cult Center at Fox News and outside the offices of Dick Armey and Newt Gingrich and all the GOP welfare freaks."
Beverly Hills psychiatrist Dr. Carole Lieberman, author of COPING WITH TERRORISM, warned Cusack's tirade could incite a rabid fan to become violent.
"The fear," she opined, "is that someone who is already vulnerable, mentally disturbed, already considering something dangerous, may be encouraged to do so if it is advocated by their favorite star."
"John Cusack is taking his fame too seriously," image consultant Michael Sands said.
Cusack has more than 200,000 followers on Twitter. His publicist did not reply to calls and emails from the news media.

The Poisonous Politics of MACHETE: Have the Democrats and Leftists in Hollywood Gone Insane?
By Dr. Ted Baehr, Publisher, with Dr. Tom Snyder, Editor
Earlier this week, actor John Cusack called for "Satanic Death" against Fox News, Republicans and conservatives. Today, Hollywood releases MACHETE, an extremely lewd, crude, violent, and racist left-wing diatribe against Americans opposed to rampant illegal immigration.
If it had not been preceded by ANTICHRIST, MACHETE probably would be the worst movie ever made.
Not only is this action movie full of gruesome, despicable, extremely bloody violence, graphic nudity, extreme sex, racism, and Anti-American, anti-capitalist content that promotes illegal immigration and the Communist overthrow of the United States of America, it is also very poorly acted and directed. It appears this movie was done as an intentional mocking, ultra-violent joke, but, as one actor at the screening pointed out, when actors are all told to mock something, their acting goes downhill. In fact, this should be a total embarrassment for Robert de Niro and nearly everyone else in the movie.
Cusack's comments and MACHETE make one wonder, Have the Democrat and leftist sympathizers in Hollywood gone insane?
MACHETE starts out with the title character, a Mexican Federale, trying to rescue a young woman who has been kidnapped by an evil drug lord named Torrez. Machete fights his way into the hideout, decapitating people and cutting off their arms and legs and anything else he can slice and dice. Eventually, he finds her completely nude. She tries to seduce him and stabs him with his own machete. While he is lying there, she takes a cell phone from her private part and calls Torrez. Torrez comes in with Machete's wife and decapitates her. Torrez decides to burn the building to kill Machete.
Somehow, three years later, Machete is a migrant worker in Austin, Texas. There is a war going on between white border vigilantes and the Marxist, illegal Mexican network. The border vigilantes are led by Don Johnson, encouraged by a corrupt senator played by Robert DeNiro and financed by an incestuous businessman played by Jeff Fahey. The Communist Mexicans are led by a woman with the codename She, who uses the name Luz when she runs the migrant taco truck.
Booth, the corrupt pedophile businessman who lusts after his own daughter (played by Lindsay Lohan), pays Machete $150,000 to kill the senator. Machete gives the money to the revolution. When he tries to shoot the senator, Machete finds out he was set up. Now, he is being chased, not only by Booth and his gang and Torrez but also by the corrupt police force and the border vigilantes.
A U.S. immigration officer named Sartana discovers Machete's story is true and befriends him. Machete joins Booth's naked wife and daughter in a Jacuzzi so he can get into Booth's house and steal his files. Looking at the files, Machete and Sartana discover that Booth works with the senator. They also discover that everyone, including the vigilante leader, is being paid by Torrez. Torrez wants to control the border so he can be the only one smuggling human beings across the border and make even more money.
Machete's brother, Padre, who used to be his gun-toting partner, is now a priest. Padre tapes the confessions, which reveal Booth's incestuous desires for his daughter. Padre also runs guns, dope and anything else he can out of his "church," which is a perfect cover. Armed with CDs and tapes, Machete and Sartana turn it over to the TV network, because they can't trust the corrupt police or federal agents.
Booth and his gang nail Padre to the cross and everyone mocks Jesus. Eventually, the revolution breaks out with the network of Mexican illegal immigrants fighting Booth, the senator, the Minutemen, and their henchmen.
One would like to think that Robert Rodriguez, who has done such good family movies as the SPY KIDS series, was doing this as a big joke to mock everyone. But, the Bible says in Psalm 1:1, Don't "sit in the seat of mockers." Also, if Rodriguez really intended to mock everyone, he failed, because the Communist revolutionaries come off as the only good guys. Rodriguez says he wanted to make a Hispanic superhero, but the backlash against this movie should be intense, and a superhero should not be the first one to kill and steal.
The movie verbally makes the point that there is no law and order. America is a corrupt, miserable, horrible place. If so, why do all these Mexicans want to come here? In effect, this movie is just a racist diatribe that's hateful for no good reason.
That said, there are a couple mentions of people going to Hell, which could include everybody who made this movie. That would be unfortunate, because we have some friends in the movie, including the star Danny Trejo. Danny is the only one who does a good job of acting in this movie. Everyone else looks foolish and buffoonish, giving the movie a very sophomoric, high school, blood and gore fest look.
There's nothing sexy about the nudity and sex in MACHETE, which are extreme. Also, after the first couple minutes of violence, most people will become extremely desensitized. That said, thousands of studies show there are susceptible people such as Ted Bundy and Al Gore enamored, eco-terrorist James Jay Lee who tried to blow up the Discovery Channel in September 2010. So, some illegal immigrant may decide that every American is evil, America is corrupt and that it's his or her job to start the revolution.
MACHETE shows that the pro-immigration movement among Hispanic radicals and their fellow liberal travelers has gone off its rocker.
Hopefully, MACHETE will fail at the box office. If moviegoers want a real Hispanic superhero, they should screen some Zorro movies. If filmmakers want to create a real Hispanic superhero, they should look at those Zorro movies, or get Disney's wonderful TV series on Zorro featuring the dashing Guy Williams, and follow their example!
America's children, including her children of Hispanic background, don't need the kind of immoral anti-hero that this movie creates. And, they certainly don't need any more divisive, overheated racist rhetoric coming these days from people on the left side of the political aisle, including some of their sympathizers in Hollywood.
Of course, by including such explicit sex, violence and nudity in their movie, Robert Rodriguez and his crew have exposed the complete moral bankruptcy of their own radical illegal immigration movement and its fellow travelers on the left.
American citizens need to rise up against this Neo-Marxist, Communist, racist pollution of America's popular culture.
As thousands of studies have shown, children and teenagers are easily influenced by such venomous poison. And, each citizen has a duty to protect America's youths from falling under its lure.

WORSHIP NOT THE CREATURE: A Compelling Response to Neo-Paganism
By Dr. Ted Baehr, Publisher
AVATAR was a radical Gaia worship movie that did very well at the box office. And, it was one more indicator that society is becoming more and more intrigued by paganism in all of its various forms, including radical animal rights mumbo jumbo. The book WORSHIP NOT THE CREATURE: ANIMAL RIGHTS AND THE BIBLE, by J.Y. Jones, is a very clear, compelling read that refutes not just the animal rights movement but also the wide range of neo-pagan beliefs, from a strong biblical perspective.
The best part of this book is that it exposes many of the lies of the left. For instance, it shows clearly that eating no meat at all is unhealthy and practically impossible. The amount of supplements one has to take is complex and enormous.
Beyond that, the book shows that man was given responsibility to steward the animals and that many were given to man for food, clothing and shelter. It is a very responsible book that has great practical applications, informed by many excellent biblical references.
MOVIEGUIDE® recommends WORSHIP NOT THE CREATURE and that you pass it on to your friends and family who are being seduced by neo-paganism.

Kim Kardashian: Real Cougars Protect Their Young
By Donna Miller
In today’s culture, the term “cougar” refers to an attractive mature woman who can still attract young men. According to About.com, a cougar is “primarily attracted to and has sex with significantly younger men.” The site also notes that “cougars prey upon men almost young enough to be their sons.”
At 29, Kim Kardashian could be called a cougar and recently projected that image in a magazine photo shoot with 16-year-old pop star Justin Bieber. Sadly, Bieber looks more like a 13-year-old — adding to the pedophilic look and feel of the photos.
Kardashian’s dalliance with Justin Bieber has netted her the publicity she seems so insatiably to crave. Her famous face, however, would join other Hollywood celebs as a PSA for statutory rape if she were to take her sexual teasing to a consummation of the relationship. California’s age of consent is 18, and Justin Bieber is still a minor.
Kim Kardashian and Justin Bieber were featured in a Bahamas photo shoot for Elle magazine. Both wore wet and clinging clothes in the shoot titled, “The Graduate,” harkening back to the ‘60s movie starring Dustin Hoffman and Anne Bancroft. The movie featured Bancroft as an older woman out to seduce a college-aged Hoffman. But Bieber isn’t a college graduate; he’s a high school teenager.
In the sleazy Elle shoot, Kardashian showed plenty of flesh, so much so that one Fox News program slammed her (she is the supposed adult involved) and questioned whether the shoot was appropriate.
The most intellectually-challenged comment on the show’s guest panel that night came from Fox News business correspondent Rebecca Diamond, who argued, “It’s every 16-year-old male’s dream to have pictures with Kim Kardashian.” Apparently, Diamond sees nothing wrong in toying with a teen’s affections. Nor does she appear to realize the damaging impact of such behavior on society.
The host noted there would have been outrage had it been an adult man with a 16-year-old girl. He’s right, and it’s time for women to assume equal responsibility.
As a society, America has established a trend of giving female predators a pass; the most notably being female predator teachers. Communities still see women as nurturers and caregivers. However, female predators provide alcohol and pornography to minors and groom them like any male predator would. Will this trend become even more popular as Hollywood, via glossy photo shoots like the one in Elle, continuously romanticizes adult/child relationships?
And, a question to Miss Diamond: Are you ready for those 16-year-old boys to become fathers? Many female predators force teen boys into that role at an early age. These boys are victims of adult sexual abuse, and that’s not something to be celebrated!

Ashamed
By Dr. Ted Baehr, Publisher
Recently at an academic conference I keynoted, I noted that the Catholic and mainline professors were deeply engaged in understanding the breadth and depth of the theology of the topic being considered. Some of the evangelicals, though, were struggling with guilt and shame about their evangelical faith and institutions. Two were from a formerly Southern Baptist university and were apologetic about the Southern Baptist denomination, excusing its biblical commitment on issues and noting that they were no longer sure they were Southern Baptists.
This is a serious problem, because it is sapping the strength of the church and providing fodder to its critics. For instance, I recently visited an Entertainment Industry movie studio executive to invite him to the Annual Faith & Values Awards Gala & Report to the Entertainment Industry. He started his conversation by noting the book he was reading by a prominent evangelical author was showing how flawed the church is.
Every institution has serious flaws, but 50 years of criticizing Christians has produced an inordinate self-consciousness and provided fodder to enemies of the faith. Part of the problem is that many evangelicals who grew up in the church see the Gospel as being restrictive and “repressive.” Those of us, however, who came to Jesus Christ later in life and did not grow up in the church but were self-indulgent in every imaginable area of life, see the Gospel as a Good News freeing us from our bondage to the vagaries of self-indulgence. We know from Scripture and from empirical research that man is depraved. Our propensity for self-destructive sex, violence, drugs, selfishness, greed, envy, and malice is horrifying when it goes unchecked. The Gospel sets us free from these evil propensities. It helps us break away from them progressively. Giving up alcohol abuse, drugs, sexual immorality, violence, and selfishness is liberating, not restrictive or repressive.
If the evangelical church can no longer see the Gospel as good news, we are in serious trouble, and the church will continue to shrivel and die. Furthermore, as Jesus said, if we’re ashamed of the Gospel, He will be ashamed of us.
We need to start looking for the Good News of the Gospel and not focus on our self-consciousness fear that the grass is greener. It is not.
Moreover, according to the New Testament, the church and each assembly of believers is the bride of Jesus Christ. Does anyone maliciously want to criticize his bride? Does any bride want to be criticized?
There are bad fathers, but fatherhood is good. There are bad mothers, but motherhood is good. There are fallen, reprobate people in the church, but the real, spiritual church is not only good, it is also dedicated to Jesus Christ.
So, rejoice that we in His church are free indeed and that Jesus has chosen His church for His Kingdom forever.
